Clarion Announces Re-Organization
Clarion Corporation of America (CCA), an industry leader in the fast-moving field of in-car entertainment has announced the merger of Clarion Sales Corporation into Clarion Corporation of America, its parent organization, effective August 1, 2001. Clarion Sales Corporation has been the separate corporation responsible for the sales and marketing of its aftermarket products. Matt Matsuda, President of Clarion Corporation of America announced this consolidation as part of Clarion's plan to provide better service to all of its customers and take greater advantage of Clarion's diversified infrastructure. Mr. Frank Pierce will assume the responsibilities of Vice President of Sales effective July 24, 2001.
