Ryder Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    MIAMI--July 26, 2001--The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. , a global leader in supply chain and transportation management solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, it was announced by Chairman M. Anthony Burns. The dividend will be paid on September 20, 2001 to shareholders of record on September 3, 2001. This is the 100th consecutive quarterly cash dividend - marking 25 years of dividends - paid by Ryder.
