Mitchell International Names New Director of National Accounts

    SAN DIEGO--July 26, 2001--

Michael Noirot Rejoins Company to Work With Body Shop Consolidators,
    Paint Companies, Recycler Associations and other National Account
    Customers

    Mitchell International today announced that Michael K. Noirot has been appointed to the position of director, national accounts.
    Noirot will have sales and account management responsibility for Mitchell's National Accounts market segment, including body shop consolidators, paint companies, recycler associations and other customers.
    Noirot, who previously served as a Mitchell sales executive, is returning to the company from ARA Services Corp., where he was the vice president and general manager charged with developing the marketing and sales programs for two of the company's Internet-based products. Previously, he was the national sales manager for CarStation.com before its acquisition by ARA.
    Noirot has also served as regional sales manager for Alldata LLC and the ATEG Divison of the SPX Corporation and as a body shop sales executive for Mitchell International in 1997-98.
