TRW Declares Quarterly Dividend

    CLEVELAND--July 25, 2001--Directors of TRW Inc. today declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share on the company's outstanding common stock.
    The directors also declared regular quarterly dividends of $1.100 per share on the Serial Preference Stock II (Series 1) and $1.125 per share on the Serial Preference Stock II (Series 3).
    The dividends are payable on September 15, 2001, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2001. It is the 252nd consecutive dividend declared on the company's common shares.
