Acura Music Festival and Q104.3 Give Listeners VIP Treatment At the Jones Beach Show Featuring Paul Simon

                        Auction Packages to Be Awarded

    NEW YORK, July 19 The Acura Music Festival is teaming up
with Q104.3 to give five listeners and their guests the royal treatment at the
Acura Music Festival Featuring Paul Simon and Brian Wilson at the Jones Beach
Amphitheater on July 24.  Since July 9, Q104.3 has been accepting bids for
five Acura Music Festival (AMF) Auction packages, which include one pair of
premium tickets to the Jones Beach AMF show, an invitation for two to Paul
Simon's exclusive sound check and VIP New Orleans Acura Hospitality Party
Passes for pre-show festivities.  On top of the New York AMF package, the
highest bidder will also meet Paul Simon at the Jones Beach show.
    The bidding will officially end on July 23 at 10 a.m. when Q104.3 will
award an AMF Auction package to each of the top five bidders.  All proceeds
from the auction will benefit the Q104 Kids Foundation and The Children's
Health Fund, a charity of special interest to headliner Paul Simon.  In
addition, AMF will be making a contribution to the Children's Health Fund at
the conclusion of the national tour.
    AMF and Q104.3 will also be giving away tickets to the Jones Beach AMF
concert, offering many more listeners the chance to experience the sights and
sounds of New Orleans in their own backyard.  In addition to the must-see
performances by Simon and Wilson, the Festival will feature a genuine
second-line marching band and a festive New Orleans atmosphere.  Chefs John Ed
Laborde and Ernest Jones are traveling with the Festival to bring their famous
Louisiana cuisine to New York music lovers, including crawfish bread,
etouffee, red beans and rice, Louisiana fried chicken, Cajun jambalaya, boudin
and barbeque shrimp.
