BorgWarner Declares Quarterly Dividend

    CHICAGO, July 19 The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc.
has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on all of the
company's issued and outstanding common stock.  The dividend is payable
August 15, 2001 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2001.
