PFCeFuels Names Mitchell Pratt as Vice President of Business Development; Pratt to Focus on Developing New Markets for Trans-National Clean Fuel Provider

    SEAL BEACH, Calif.--July 19, 2001--PFCeFuels, the largest clean fuel solutions provider in North America, announced that Mitchell Pratt has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. In this new position, Pratt is responsible for establishing the PFCeFuels network of natural gas fueling stations throughout the United States and Canada. Additionally, he will pursue strategic alliances that advance the clean fuel industry as well as corporate objectives.
    Mr. Pratt is leaving Southern California Gas Company where he was the General Manager of the Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) department. His 18 year career represents a diverse background of leadership roles ranging from customer satisfaction, financial and distribution operations, to public policy, sales and market development. He has a degree in Engineering as well as an MBA. Mr. Pratt is currently Chairman of the Board for the California NGV Coalition and has provided leadership at the Board level for a variety of organizations.
