    MONROE, Mich., July 18 Tenneco Automotive understands that
every driver wants a quiet ride and every driver wants to save money.  That's
why they've created the new "Cash In" fall promotion for premium Walker
exhaust systems.

    From August 1 to October 31, the Cash In mail-in promotion gives consumers
everywhere the opportunity to receive a $20 rebate check with every qualified
purchase of a Walker Quiet-Flow muffler or a Walker welded muffler assembly.
Details for the rebate program are available from participating Walker
dealers.

    Each Walker Quiet-Flow muffler features more than 70 miles of exclusive
sound-absorbing fiber.  A specialized internal design helps it provide
24 percent more exhaust flow, a quieter ride and better overall performance
