    BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--July 18, 2001--Motion Industries' Sarasota, Florida branch was recognized as Supplier of the Year by Tropicana Products, Inc. The award in the category of more than $1 million in sales was presented by Tropicana's MRO Global Purchasing Department at an annual round table meeting attended by all of the company's strategic suppliers. Selection criteria for the award included documented cost savings, minimum 99 percent shipping performance, maximum production support, and value added services.
    Motion Industries' Sarasota branch provides industrial maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) service and support to Tropicana Product's corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located in Bradenton, Florida.
