TOLEDO, Ohio, July 18 Dana Corporation today announced that it plans to make a private placement of dollar and/or euro denominated notes. The company expects to commence the offering shortly. Proceeds are expected to be used to repay outstanding short-term indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes. The notes will be general, unsecured obligations of Dana Corporation.
