Federal Mogul to Implement Blue292's EHS Management Software

                 Blue292's EHS Management Applications to Be
               Implemented Across All Federal Mogul Facilities

    DURHAM, N.C., July 17 Blue292, the world's leading
provider of environmental, health and safety (EHS) eBusiness software, today
announced that it has signed a contract with Federal Mogul , a
leading automotive parts manufacturer, to implement its applications across
Federal Mogul's 150 facilities worldwide.
    Blue292's EHS Management System application will roll out immediately to
all Federal Mogul facilities using the Internet as the delivery medium.
Within weeks Federal Mogul users will have instant and secure access to a
fully integrated EHS enterprise solution with corporate reporting
capabilities.  The Blue292 EHS Management System is a user-friendly web based
application that allows companies to achieve systematic compliance assurance
through individual management of corporate EHS events, deadlines and project
information within a centralized environment.  Federal Mogul's initial focus
will be to roll up their EHS audit and safety performance reports using
Blue292's application.
