Kenworth Dealers Offer New PremierCare Roadside Assistance Brochure
KIRKLAND, Wash., July 17, 2001 - Participating Kenworth dealers now offer an
informative brochure on the Kenworth PremierCare(R) Roadside Assistance
program.
The program supports both fleets and owner operators - regardless of truck
make - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, there are no charges
or fees for calling the Customer Call Center for assistance.
A toll-free call to 1-800-KW-ASSIST (1-800-592-7747) connects the caller to
Kenworth's Customer Call Center, which then contacts the nearest Kenworth
dealer to help provide support.
The Call Center also provides real-time repair updates via the Internet and
can track an owner's preference for everything from repair payments to
tires. Call Center representatives also communicate diagnosis and repair
estimates to fleet headquarters for approval as needed. In addition, the
Call Center can schedule regular maintenance at Kenworth dealerships
anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
The brochure includes an application form for joining Kenworth PremierCare.
