Syntroleum Schedules Second Quarter 2001 Earnings Conference Call

    TULSA, Okla., July 17 Syntroleum Corporation announced today that the company's
second quarter 2001 conference call will take place on Tuesday, July 24, 2001
at 4:00 PM EDT .
    During the call, Syntroleum's Kenneth Agee, chairman and chief executive
officer, Mark Agee, president and chief operating officer, and Randall
Thompson, vice president and chief financial officer will review the company's
financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2001.
