    UNOVA Inc. announced that Alton J. Brann would retire as Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors effective July 31, 2001.
    The Board nominated and elected Larry D. Brady, UNOVA's current CEO, to also become its Chairman effective Aug. 1, 2001.
