    MEDFORD, Ore., July 12 Lithia Motors announced
today that it's second quarter 2001 earnings will be released on
Wednesday, July 25th at 5 a.m., Pacific Time.

    Conference Call Information
    A conference call to deliver the results for the second quarter 2001 will
be held on the same day at 8 a.m. PT, 9 a.m. MT, 10 a.m. CT and 11 a.m. ET.
