Royal Financial Corporation Has Approved the Change of Its Name to Patriot Motorcycle Corporation and Has Authorized a 1 for 10 Reverse Stock Split
CORONA, Calif., July 12 Royal Financial Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ROYF) announced today that it has changed its name to Patriot Motorcycle Corporation effective July 10, 2001. The company's stock symbol will remain unchanged until consent is received from the NASD for a new symbol. In addition, the company has authorized a one for ten reverse stock split. The split shares will begin trading effective Friday July 20, 2001. Michel Attias, President of Royal Financial Corporation, stated that, "As part of the company's branding program and to more closely reflect the company's new focus and current business interests the company has changed its name to Patriot Motorcycle Corporation." Mr. Attias added that, "As part of the company's plan to build long term value for shareholders, we have also authorized a recapitalization of the company's common stock is being completed.
