EPLER ENLISTS COLORADAN COMPANY FOR START OF WEST COAST SWING

Putnam, Conn., July 10, 2001 - Jim Epler's Etchells Racing Camaro, which this
season has been the NHRA's answer to the chameleon, will once again be
changing its colors. Starting with next weekend's Mopar Parts Mile-High
Nationals, Epler's "fuel coupe" will be flying the colors of United Car Care
Inc. (UCC), an Aurora, Colorado based company which has specialized in
vehicle service contracts for over seventeen years. UCC will use its
involvement with Etchells Racing as part of its promotion to increase dealer
and customer awareness nationwide starting in Denver where Epler and his race
car will be appearing at several local dealerships.

"Our job is to get United Car Care's nationwide program launched in a big
way," stated Epler. "In addition to the exposure generated on television,
we're going to have quite a few dealers coming to the races to check out the
NHRA and Chuck Etchells Racing. Our goal is not only to educate them about
drag racing, but to open the door for UCC to do business with them. We'd
like nothing more than to develop a long-term relationship that is productive
for all involved.

"Mike Southerland, whom I met during my involvement with Easy Care years ago,
is spearheading the program. He's an energetic guy who has been known to
burn a mean steak, and we fully expect him to be part of the entertainment.
We're going to have a great time, and the only thing that could make it
better is winning with the United Car Care/Matco Camaro.

"It's a tough assignment when you only have two races, but we're going to
make the most of them. Terry Manzer has already shown he has a tune-up for
Bandimere by winning the race last year. Between that and having Roland
(Leong) on board, we're feeling pretty good about our chances."
