Visteon Declares Third Quarter Dividend

    DEARBORN, Mich., July 11 The Board of Directors of Visteon
Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share on
the company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on September 4, 2001, to
shareholders of record as of August 3, 2001.  This is Visteon's fifth dividend
announcement since it became an independent, publicly traded company in June
2000.
