    TROY, Mich., July 11 Delphi Automotive Systems
Chief Financial Officer Alan S. Dawes will host a briefing to discuss the
company's second quarter 2001 financial results at 1:00 p.m. EDT on Wed., July
18, 2001.  Delphi will provide a broadcast of the quarterly meeting for the
general public via a live audio webcast.
