Covisint Names Dwaine Duckett Senior Vice President of Human Resources

    DETROIT, July 10 Covisint today named Dwaine Duckett
senior vice president of Human Resources.  Duckett, 38, comes to Covisint from
Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), where he most recently served as vice
president of Human Resources for its San Ramon, Calif.-based ADP Claims
Solutions Group.  His responsibilities included management of the division's
human resources needs in more than 27 countries worldwide.  Duckett spent more
than five years at ADP also serving as director of Human Resources at the
company's Dealer Services Division.

    Prior to his career at ADP, Duckett held various human resource positions
with Sony Electronics and PepsiCo, Inc.
    Duckett holds an MS degree in management from Carnegie Mellon College in
Pittsburgh, Pa., and a BA in history and legal studies from Brandeis
University in Waltham, Mass.  His education was also supplemented with studies
at Temple University in Rome, Italy in the fields of history and law.
    Married and the father of two, Duckett will be relocating from California
and is currently house hunting in Metro Detroit.
