Motion Industries' Motion Institute Offers New Class in Hydraulic & Industrial Hose and Fittings

    BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--July 9, 2001--Motion Industries' corporate university, The Motion Institute of Industrial Education, has expanded its course offering with a new class titled Understanding Hydraulic & Industrial Hose and Fittings. Members of the first class graduated on June 14, 2001.
    "Offering this class underscores Motion Industries' commitment to providing our sales force as well as our customers opportunities to advance their expertise in applying hose and fitting products," Motion Industries Senior Vice President of Marketing Ralph Buntyn said.
    The four-day hands-on training is one of the first offered by the Motion Institute taught by a specialist with more than 20 years' field experience in hose products. Instructor Jon Mugnier covers construction and application of all hose products including hydraulic, industrial, metal, and teflon hoses; hose safety; and fittings and adapters.
    The Motion Institute will offer Understanding Hydraulic & Industrial Hose and Fittings throughout the year 2001 on these dates: July 23-26, August 23-26, September 17-20, November 5-8, and December 3-6.
