Decoma joins the TSE 300 Composite Index

    CONCORD, ON, July 9 - Decoma International Inc.
was added to the TSE 300 Composite, the TSE 300 Capped, the
S&P/TSE Canadian SmallCap and the TSE 200 Indices after the close of trading
on Thursday, July 5, 2001.
    Commenting on this news, Al Power, Decoma's President and CEO noted,
"Being added to these indices caps what has been a very busy and successful

buying out both our Conix Group and Mexican operations' minority partners,
significantly expanded our global presence with the completion of the global
