Continental Teves Recognized by Ford for Significant Cost Reduction Efforts

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., July 2 Continental Teves has been
recognized by Ford Motor Company for exceeding expectations in the area of
warranty cost reductions for 2000.
    Due to the efforts of Continental Teves, Ford realized significant savings
on ABS applications supplied by Continental Teves.  As part of the Warranty
Sharing Program, Continental Teves was recognized for this achievement.

reduce costs and improve quality any way we can," said Jeff Klei, Continental
Teves North America Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  "This is an
