Trans-Am Series 100 Presented By
Simple Green Shines In Overnight Ratings

Miami - The Trans-Am Series for the BFGoodrich Tires Cup today announced
that its overnight ratings for the Trans-Am Series 100 presented by Simple
Green was a 1.0 rating and a 2 share. The race was part of the Marconi Grand
Prix of Cleveland presented by Firstar and was competed over the 10-turn
2.106-mile circuit at Burke Lakefront Airport.

	The Trans-Am Series 100 presented by Simple Green, which aired on a one-day
taped delay basis on July 1, was the Series’ second major network television
appearance. The race aired in a different time slot, 3:30 to 4:30 (EDT),
compared to the first appearance on June 17 (Motor City 100 presented by
Johnson Controls), 5:00 to 6:00 (EDT).

	Round six of the Trans-Am Series for the BFGoodrich Tires Cup, the Wine
Country Classic, will be carried live by CBS Sports on July 21 at 2:30
(EDT). The 100-mile race will be the Trans-Am Series’ first live appearance
on major network television in its 36-year history.
