Corcentric Appoints Andrew Fones Chief Financial Officer
MCLEAN, Va.--June 28, 2001--Corcentric announced today the appointment of Andy Fones to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and the appointment of Georgia Herron to Manager of Human Resources.Reporting directly to Charles Floto, President of the Company, Fones will be responsible for financial planning and development, investor relations, accounting, human resources and facilities management. Herron will report to Fones and in addition to management of human resources, will also be responsible for management of customer service.
With over 20 years of experience in finance and public accounting, Mr. Fones' career has focused on developing financial systems and controls for emerging growth companies and has played an integral role in securing both debt and equity funding. Prior to joining Corcentric, Andy served as the COO of eGreenCoffee.com and CFO for Unicof USA, Inc.
Prior to joining Corcentic, Ms. Herron was human resources manager and senior corporate and technical recruiter for Pointshare, Inc., Belleview, Washington.

Fones holds a BBA from the College of William and Mary and has done extensive post-graduate study in Finance and Economics. Herron is a graduate of George Mason University and holds MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
