Hino Adds Six New Dealers

ORANGEBURG, NY., June 28, 2001 --  Over the past six months, Hino Diesel
Trucks (USA) has added six new dealership locations and three branch
locations. In addition, Hino is supporting its dealership group with an
expanded field service support network, plus providing dealers with focused
sales and service training programs.

"There is a lot of interest in representing our products which were recently
ranked by J.D. Power and Associates as the industry's top medium-duty
cabover, as determined in their 2000 Medium Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction
Study*," said Ted J. Fick, senior vice president for Hino.  "Our new
dealerships are in excellent locations where the Hino product line will do
