REGI U.S. Inc. Reports Air Pump Completed for Fuel Cell Applications

    DETROIT--June 28, 2001--Reg Technologies, Inc. (VSE:RRE) (OTCBB:REGRF) and its U.S. subsidiary REGI U.S., Inc. (OTCBB:RGUS) wish to announce that Paul LaMarche, our Engineer for REGI U.S., Inc., has reported that the air pump for the fuel cell has been assembled and testing has commenced this week.
    The air pump was designed for the 1KW fuel cell and is to be further tested by a potential customer at their facilities. Reg Technologies, Inc. also has agreed to build a Rand Cam(TM) compressor for several applications in the air, hydrogen and natural gas compressor requirements for fuel cell applications.
