DaimlerChrysler Canada Finance Inc. - Confirms at A (low)




DBRS is confirming the medium term notes rating of DaimlerChrysler
Canada Finance Inc., based on the ultimate parent and guarantor,
DaimlerChrysler AG ("Daimler" or "the Company") at A (low) with a Stable
trend. The Company is planning to launch a EUR400 million five-year
medium term note program subject to market conditions. The program is
ranked pari passu with existing medium term notes and funds will be used
replace existing debts.
