ESG, Forward Vision Services Sign Marketing Services Agreement

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--June 27, 2001--The Engineering Services Group, Inc. (ESG), a Southfield, Michigan-based provider of integrated manufacturing solutions, announced that it has reached an agreement with Forward Vision Services, Inc. (FVS), a simulation services and training company located in Livonia, Michigan, for the joint marketing of services to current and future manufacturing clients.
    Under terms of the agreement, ESG will grant an exclusive right of first refusal to FVS for all outsourced simulation work. In return, FVS will exclusively source ESG for process equipment and manufacturing, industrial and packaging engineering opportunities in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and heavy machinery industries.
