Fayetteville, GA – The USAR Hooters ProCup Series will visit western New York for the first time this weekend when Holland International Speedway hosts the Naturally Fresh Foods 250. Several USAR Hooters ProCup Series drivers are scheduled to tour the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Friday afternoon from 3 until 5 p.m.

The tour will be in conjunction with events scheduled at the 3/8-mile facility located just outside of Buffalo, NY. This will be the first visit by the drivers to the track.

“We are very honored that the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo has allowed us to visit their hospital,” said USAR President Gene Cox. “We are fortunate to have drivers and members of USAR who care about children and are willing to help out in any way possible.”

Buffalo resident and USAR competitor John Julicher will be among the drivers scheduled to appear at the hospital. New York-based drivers Danny Abold and Glenn Sullivan are also scheduled to tour the facility. Donnie Hill from Columbus, OH and Bobby Gegetskas of Windsor Lock, CT will make an appearance as will Bill Plemons, Jr. driver of the Hooters Ford.

Jason McLellan, the lone Canadian driver in the top-10 points standings, will cross the border to visit the hospital and Tim Bainey, Jr. of Osceola Mills, PA will be there as well.

Eastern Foods Incorporated, one of the official sponsors the USAR Hooters ProCup Series and makers of Jackaroo Barbeque Sauces and Naturally Fresh Dressings and Dips, will sponsor a goodie bag to be distributed to approximately 60 children during the tour. Aaron’s Rents, which sponsors Gegetskas, will also contribute to the gift bags.
