Pinnacle Announces Preliminary May Sales Figures for All Pro Companies

CLEARWATER, Fla. & PITTSBURGH--June 26, 2001-- Pinnacle Business Management (Pink Sheets: PCBM) has announced the preliminary and un-audited May financials for its McMurray, Pennsylvania-based, All Pro division.
During the month of May 2001, the All Pro division saw total combined sales in excess of $600,000, resulting in pre-tax profits of approximately $64,000.
It is All Pro's fifth consecutive profitable month since it became part of PCBM. All Pro Daewoo, the All Pro Auto Mall and All Pro Communications (both wireless and wired systems units) all contributed to these figures.
All Pro has introduced two new complete lines of products and services on its communications side -- the Cricket Communications brand of "Comfortable Wireless" service from San Diego-based Leap Wireless, and a line of products and services from a major national wireless carrier.
All Pro Communications is making sales and activations for both wireless providers. In addition, All Pro has been successfully funded on its initial group of automobile sales contracts by Universal Underwriters Acceptance Corp., a member of the Zurich Financial Services Group.
"We are aggressively bringing on new personnel for growth as we begin to fully implement all aspects of these agreements. We now anticipate the ability to achieve greater market penetration -- both vertically and horizontally -- in ways we have never had before, in both the automobile and communications businesses," said Vince Lo Castro, president of the All Pro group of companies and COO of PCBM.
