Probex to Present at AMEX Online Conference

    DALLAS--June 14, 2001--Probex Corp. (AMEX:PRB), an energy technology company specializing in environmental services, today said that it will be presenting at the American Stock Exchange's upcoming online conference, "Where Savvy Investors Meet Undiscovered Companies."
    You are invited to view slides and listen to the presentation by Probex Chairman, President and CEO Charles M. Rampacek, which will be web cast live during the conference. A Q&A session will also be held at the end of the presentation. If you are unable to participate during the live web cast, the presentation will be archived for 90 days at the sites below.
