Launch At PaperPak Moves CHEP Into Medical Supplies Industry; PaperPak also shipping packaging materials to food processing companies on CHEP pallets
SAN DIMAS, Calif.--June 14, 2001--PaperPak Products, a leading manufacturer of adult incontinent products and packaging materials for food processors, announced it is shipping all unit loads on CHEP pallets effective immediately.The company is manufacturing its product lines, which include the Attends brand, onto CHEP pallets at its production facilities in La Verne, CA; Greenville, NC and Washington, GA, and is using them at its distribution center in Rancho Cuca Munga, CA.
PaperPak previously used one-way pallets to ship to customers, and faced efficiency and productivity challenges as a result. The company also wanted to reduce product damage and project an environment-friendly image.
