    DUBUQUE, Iowa--June 13, 2001--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. announces its third quarter dividend of $ .13 per share payable July 2, 2001 to shareholders on record as of June 21, 2001. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 238th consecutive cash dividend.
