Clayton S. Rose Joins Mobility Technologies' Board of Directors

    WAYNE, Pa.--June 13, 2001--Mobility Technologies, Inc., today announced the appointment of Clayton S. Rose to its Board of Directors.
    Mr. Rose is the former Vice Chairman & Operating Executive of JP Morgan, the investment bank of JP Morgan Chase & Co. Prior to its merger with Chase Manhattan, Mr. Rose spent 20 years at J.P. Morgan & Co. as a senior executive, as a member of its management committee and most recently, as head of the Global Investment Banking division.
    Previously, he headed Morgan's Global Equities division and was founder and architect of the firm's equities business. He also held management positions in various corporate finance and markets businesses, spending three years with the firm in London. Among his firm-wide roles, he served as a board and investment committee member of Morgan's private equity investment organization; Chairman of J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc, the firm's U.S. broker-dealer; and leader of Morgan's Diversity Initiative.
    He is a member of the Visiting Committee for The College of The University of Chicago, and holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Chicago.
