Dauphin Receives One Million Dollar Order From ELPA
PALATINE, Ill.--June 11, 2001--Dauphin Technology, Inc. (OTC.BB:DNTK) today announced that the Automobile & Touring Club of Greece (ELPA) has placed an order for Dauphin's products in excess of $1,000,000. The order consists of 300 Orasis(R) PC Tablets and accessories, 100 Vehicle Stands and 100 OraLynx(TM) STBs.ELPA is the National Motorist Club of Greece and is a member of many international organizations, including the International Automobile Federation as well as the Association of International Tourism and the Federation of International Motorcyclists Association. The oldest and largest drivers' assistance organization in Greece, ELPA provides an array of services to motorists such as roadside assistance, tourist and travel information, insurance, and financing. In addition to member services, ELPA is the organizer and grand sponsor of the World Championship Acropolis Road Rally drawing more than 3 million spectators.

ELPA has selected the Orasis(R) Tablet PC for use in their roadside assistance vehicles. With the GPS functionality of the Orasis(R), ELPA will be able to provide updated mapping and locating capability for its fleet of roadside service vehicles, as well as their many members.
The OraLynx(TM) model, a high-speed information gateway, which allows the transmission of voice, data, streaming video and Internet services at the highest quality, is to be rolled out in kiosks to provide members with roadside assistance and information, as well as ELPA facilities countrywide.

Shipment of the STBs is scheduled to occur within 60 days and 90 days for the Orasis(R) PC Tablet and vehicle stands. Payment for the products shall be 25% at time of shipment and balance within 60 days thereafter.
