GREG RAY (#2 Johns Manville/Menards Dallara/Oldsmobile/Firestone): "I was pretty happy with the car. We weren't very good in practice or qualifying, but we made huge improvements for the race. We had great stops all night, it was just one of those things. It was going to be a 12-lap shootout and Eddie had a good gear for restarts and he got on the outside of me. There were several cars that could go quickly around the bottom, and we came up on a lap car. I don't know who it was, but he drifted up and then came back down. I had committed already to the bottom. When he came down it sent me spinning. I feel bad for him. It was just one of those racing deals."
