U.S. F2000 Mid-Ohio Practice 1 Notes

Mid-Ohio Practice 1 Notes

No.7 Ickx did not go out for practice session one, as the team was still
rebuilding the car following the accident in the final testing session
yesterday. The team is expected to be out for practice session two this
afternoon.

No. 5 Luyendyk Jr. spun midway through the session in the esses. The car
stuck orginally, but towed free and returned to the track for the remainder
of the session.

No. 82 Harrison spun into the grass in turn 12. The was stuck and unable to
continue the remainder of the session.

No. 81 Russo spun in the carousel, but continued after crossing the grass.

No. 25 Brinkmann spun in turn 11 late in the session and became stuck. The
car was unable to
continue the remainder of the session.

No. 11 Rubenzer, No. 43 Ellis went on course for the first time this weekend
in practice session one, after missing both test days.
