Gehl Introduces New Agri-Loader Telescopic Loader
WEST BEND, Wis.--June 7, 2001--Gehl Company , the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of light construction and agricultural equipment, recently unveiled their new Agri-Loader telescopic loader. As successful dairy and livestock operations continue to grow in size, new types of equipment are required to efficiently handle the increased volume of materials needed to run these operations.
"The Agri-Loader is a new generation of farm equipment, combining wheel loader performance with the reach and versatility of a rough-terrain telescopic handler," said William D. Gehl, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "With large, three-cubic-yard buckets available, and a wide variety of innovative attachment tools, the Agri-Loader provides a new level of on-farm performance and versatility."
With an operating capacity of 7,000 lbs. (3180 kg) and a 30-foot (14.2 m) maximum lift height, Agri-Loader has twice the lift capacity of the largest skid-steer loader and much more versatility than a wheel loader. Standard auxiliary hydraulics allow the Agri-Loader to power a variety of attachment tools including grapples, earth augers, sweepers and Gehl's exclusive Bunker Buster(TM) silage mill - the ideal solution for removing silage from today's big bunker silos.
