              Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results to Be Released

    RIVERSIDE, Calif., June 5 Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc.

call to discuss the preliminary results for its fiscal year ended April 29,
2001.  The Company will release its unaudited results before market on the
same day.
