ComROAD Licenses InfoMove's Telematics Platform for Next Generation Solutions

    KIRKLAND, Wash.--June 4, 2001--InfoMove, Inc., the leading developer of telematics software and services, announced today that ComROAD AG (Neuer Markt:RD4) will license InfoMove's telematics platform technology for integration with ComROAD's next generation Global Transport Telematic System (GTTS).
    InfoMove's telematics platform solution enables companies to provide a turn-key suite of telematics services to their end-users - including real-time navigation, personalized traffic, vehicle tracking, vehicle maintenance and diagnostic monitoring, e-mail, and a host of Internet-based content and services.

    ComROAD is currently the largest investor in InfoMove. Bodo Schnabel, ComROAD's chairman and CEO was appointed to InfoMove's board of directors in January 2001.
    InfoMove's technology and applications will be showcased at the ITS 2001 Meeting and Exposition (June 4-7, Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami, FL). Demonstrations of InfoMove's applications will be held in ComROAD's booth (#935).
