New Invention From Energon Increases Gas Mileage on Average 33%

Affordable, Patent Pending Device Increases Gas Mileage, Decreases Emissions
               And Cleans Gasoline-Powered Automobile Engines.

CHICAGO, May 31 Tony Bianco, a resident of Elgin, Illinois
didn't just complain about escalating gasoline prices, he invented a device
that increases the fuel mileage of most gasoline-powered automobile engines by
an average of 33%. The device, called the MPG Booster, received patent
pending status from the United States Patent and Trademark office on May 7,
2001.

The U.S. Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency have
identified that only about 15% of the gasoline that goes into a car is used to
move the car; the rest is wasted. According to Bianco, "The MPG Booster
re-captures and eliminates some of that waste by helping the engine burn
gasoline more completely."

This is just what the doctor ordered for a cash strapped public that has
seen gas prices in the Chicago area rise as high as $2.19 for a gallon of
regular unleaded gasoline. Mike Holmberg of Maple Park, Illinois is one of
many relieved consumers that have road tested the MPG Booster. "I put the MPG
Booster on my Ford Expedition as a favor to Tony. I was getting 13 miles to
the gallon, now I'm getting 18. I was shocked."

36.7% increased fuel efficiency, while adding five horsepower.

Independent testing at the Performance Technical Center in Elk Grove
Village, Illinois, owned by Geoff Skorupa, confirmed that the increased
mileage was not just wishful thinking on the part of those who field-tested
the Booster. According to Skorupa, "we ran a 2001 GMC Yukon on a chassis
dynamometer, first as it came from the factory, then with the MPG Booster
attached. The results were amazing."

When attached, the MPG Booster increased fuel efficiency by 36.7% and
boosted the engine's horsepower by 5. Subsequent tests confirmed the MPG
Booster added approximately 4.5 miles per gallon to the Yukon, which
ordinarily gets about 12 miles per gallon. Additionally, Tech 2 computer
diagnostics showed there were no adverse effects such as higher engine
temperature. "Other than the increased horsepower, decreased emissions and,
obviously, the increased fuel efficiency, the Tech 2 results showed the car
ran exactly the same. The increase in horsepower is significant because it
means the increased fuel efficiency is not obtained by sacrificing engine
performance. Many of my Corvette clients would love to get an additional five
horsepower and save money on gas."

    88% decrease in NO2 emissions.

Part of the testing also included a five-gas emissions test, the same
gases regulated by most states. According to Mike Gustafson, a representative
of the number one manufacturer of vehicle diagnostics equipment, Vetronix
Sales Corp., "We ran a five minute test on the vehicle with and without the
MPG Booster. Four of the five gases tested remained unchanged, but the NO2
emissions (more commonly referred to as Nox), decreased by 88% when the MPG
Booster was used. This is a substantial reduction of the gas that causes smog
in our cities." Gustafson was impressed by these findings, but also
recommended a complete and controlled emissions study to confirm the results.
Following the testing, both Skorupa and Gustafson became MPG Booster owners.

The MPG Booster has just been released for sale to the public. The
suggested retail price is $199.95, plus applicable tax and shipping. The
product is guaranteed for the life of the automobile.
