WARREN, Mich., May 31 Sales for the quarter ended
April 30, 2001 were $9,079,000, down 22.5% from the same quarter in 2000. Net
income was $36,000 or $.06 per share as compared to a net income of $677,000
or $1.06 per share in the comparable period a year ago.
For the six months ended April 30, 2001, sales were $16,737,000, down
24.1% from the same period in 2000. Net loss was $(430,000) or $(.67) per
share compared to a net income of $1,091,000 or $1.71 per share in the
comparable period a year ago.
