Works On-the-Fly Inside AutoCAD
PartsNow is an ARX program that works inside AutoCAD/MDT as a plug-in and loads automatically. The interface allows the user to pick the type of part and manufacturer or standard, the size and whether a part should be 2D or a 3D solid. Once a selection is made, the part is created parametrically or on-the-fly inside AutoCAD or Mechanical Desktop.
The software is network ready and comes with free technical support. EMT Software expects to add new parts to the program every quarter.
Part Types
Part types include bearings (new needle bearing type, tapered roller type), electronic hardware (spacers and stand-offs), locating components, mechanical hardware, mold components (injectors, pins, sleeves, bushings), motion components, plastic extruded shapes, shaft components (keys, o-rings, and clips), and steel shapes/beams.
Low Pricing
Special introductory pricing is currently available for PartsNow at $295 USD, a $200 savings over the standard price of $495. MECH 2D/3D users may upgrade to PartsNow for $99. CIMLOGIC Toolbox users may switch to PartsNow for only $99.
