The 'Acura Music Festival Featuring Paul Simon and Brian Wilson' Hits the Road on June 9

Acura Brings Celebrated Musicians to Fans Across the Country While
                    Supporting the Children's Health Fund

VENICE, Calif., May 30 Acura today announced the return of
the "Acura Music Festival," which will bring the music of legendary musicians
Paul Simon and Brian Wilson on a cross-country tour this summer. Presenting
Paul Simon's nine performances in select cities allows Acura to extend its
support of American music beyond The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival,
where Paul Simon took the Acura Stage this spring, and to further its
charitable commitment.
Acura has tapped into the power of music to support the company's
corporate philosophy of giving back to the communities in which it does
business. Through its sponsorship of Jazz Fest, which recently concluded in
New Orleans, Acura makes a large contribution to the New Orleans Jazz &
Heritage Foundation. Now, through the "Acura Music Festival," the luxury
automaker will make a sizeable contribution to The Children's Health Fund, a
charity of special interest to headliner, Paul Simon. The Children's Health
Fund provides much-needed medical services to homeless and underprivileged
children in Simon's hometown, New York City and in 16 satellite locations
around the country.
"The 'Acura Music Festival' is a natural outgrowth of Acura's ongoing
sponsorship of Jazz Fest and its commitment to supporting influential music,"
said Dick Colliver, Executive Vice President of Sales, Acura Division. "This
year, Acura is proud to add another element to the Festival by supporting Paul
Simon's charity, the Children's Health Fund, as well as his legendary music."
The "Acura Music Festival Featuring Paul Simon and Brian Wilson," hits the
road on June 9 in Seattle, complete with New Orleans-style festivities and
food. In addition to the must-see performances by Simon and Wilson, each
concert will feature a genuine second-line marching band and traditional
southern cuisine prepared by authentic Louisiana Chefs John Ed Laborde and
Ernest Jones. The chefs will travel with the Festival, bringing their famous
delicacies to music lovers everywhere, including crawfish bread, etoufee, red
beans and rice, Louisiana fried chicken, Cajun jambalaya, boudin and barbeque
shrimp. Acura will also host a tented VIP Acura Hospitality Party with Mardi
Gras style pre-show festivities, catered by New Orleans' renowned Lemon Grass
Restaurant to entertain invited local guests in each city. In addition to
music, fun and festivities, car-enthusiasts can get a first look at the
all-new 200 horsepower Acura RSX sports coupe, at all "Acura Music Festival"
venues.

Francisco to Long Island, at a New Orleans themed celebration of food and
music.
The "Acura Music Festival" allows Acura to broaden its support of American
music beyond The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
