Dana Corporation Announces Major Supply Contract With PACCAR

    TOLEDO, Ohio, May 30 Dana Corporation
announced today that it has entered into a long-term supply agreement with
PACCAR Inc.  Dana's Commercial Vehicle Systems operations and Spicer
Driveshaft group will supply steer axles, drive axles, brakes, driveshafts,
and steering shafts as standard equipment on PACCAR's Kenworth and Peterbilt
Class 6, 7, and 8 commercial vehicles.

    Spicer(R) drive axles, steer axles, and brakes are manufactured at Dana's
Henderson, Ky.; Humboldt, Tenn.; Glasgow, Ky.; and Toluca, Mexico; facilities.
Spicer driveshafts are manufactured and assembled at a number of Dana
facilities in North America, strategically located near PACCAR plants.
Assembled Spicer products will be shipped to Kenworth's Chillicothe, Ohio;
Renton, Wash.; and Mexacali, Mexico; facilities and to Peterbilt's Denton,
Texas; and Madison, Tenn.; facilities.
