Entrada Software Announces Strategic Direction for Motiva Product Line

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 30 Entrada Software, Inc.

direction for the Motiva Software product line.
    Showing a strong commitment to Motiva customers, Entrada will provide two
maintenance releases later this year.  Entrada will also introduce Motiva
eChange Solutions 4.0, with new functionality, by the second quarter of 2002.
    Customers with active maintenance and support agreements will receive all
three releases at no additional charge.

AutoCAD 2000i Connector, a new SolidWorks 2000 connector, a new Brava! 3.0
viewer, performance improvements and patches.  During the fourth quarter,
Maintenance Release 3.03 will feature support for Windows 2000 and SQL Server
2000.
    Scheduled for release in 2002, Motiva eChange Solutions 4.0 will debut
with exciting new features, including a Directive Portal Framework, B2B
Functionality, Six Sigma Functionality, Analytics and Metrics, and CM II
Compliance.
