Visteon Signs Agreement With Dynojet to Support Portable NVH Facility

DEARBORN, Mich., May 30 In an effort to strengthen its
commitment to customer service and support, Visteon Corporation has
signed an agreement with Dynojet Research, Inc., a world-renowned designer and
manufacturer of performance enhancement products and tools.

The exclusive, three-year agreement will enable Visteon to use Dynojet as
its sole supplier of rollers, which are used to engage a vehicle's drive
wheels, for its new Portable NVH Dynamometer. This unique, Visteon-designed
diagnostic tool allows Visteon engineers to provide customers sophisticated
vehicle testing, on-site.

"Visteon is pleased to work with Dynojet for our Portable NVH
Dynamometer," said Ron Andrade, Visteon's Director of Chassis Engineering.
"With this agreement in place, we can deliver NVH and other services right to
our customers' door, a support service that was not before possible."

Visteon's Portable NVH Dynamometer is the industry's first self-contained,
transportable facility that can perform comprehensive driveline noise and
vibration tests. Using Visteon-patented laser balancing technology, this
non-intrusive testing capability requires no modifications to the vehicle and
provides near instantaneous results.

"Dynojet's expertise in dynamometer rollers, which are used throughout the
automotive and motorcycle industries, coupled with Visteon's engineering and
technologies capabilities, will help ensure the quality of this portable
dynamometer and prove to be a benefit to customers," said Shawn Arnold,
Dynojet's Vice President of Sales and Technical Support.
