Visteon Agreement With Featherlite For Portability of NVH Dynamometer

    DEARBORN, Mich., May 30 Visteon Corporation has
signed an agreement with Featherlite, Inc. to produce the
company's Portable NVH Dynamometer.  Featherlite is a leader in the design,
manufacturing and marketing of custom-made trailers and luxury motorcoaches.
    
    Under the exclusive, three-year agreement, Featherlite will supply Visteon
with a transporter, or trailer, to encase the Portable NVH Dynamometer, a
unique, Visteon-designed diagnostic tool that allows Visteon engineers to
provide customers sophisticated vehicle testing, on-site.

brings state-of-the-art laser technology and rapid, accurate evaluations of
vehicle noise and vibration right to their door, saving them valuable time in
bringing their products to market."

    Visteon's Portable NVH Dynamometer is the industry's first self-contained,
transportable facility that can perform comprehensive driveline noise and
vibration tests.  Using Visteon-patented laser balancing technology, this non-
intrusive testing capability requires no modifications to the vehicle and
provides near instantaneous results.
