Starcraft Corporation Completes Sale of Van Operation to Centurion Vehicles

    GOSHEN, Ind.--May 29, 2001--Starcraft Corporation (OTCBB:STCR) today confirmed that they have completed the sale of the Starcraft van conversion operation to Centurion Vehicles of White Pigeon, Michigan, under terms of an agreement announced earlier this month.
    In conjunction with this transaction the Company will file a Form 8-K by June 8, 2001.
